Hoover Dam Bypass Construction Project 
-Responsible for developing a public outreach program and for monitoring the environmental mitigation program for the construction of the 1.8 miles of roadway on the Arizona side and 2.1 miles of roadway on the Nevada side. The project consisted of grading, drainage, bridgework, wildlife ramps, backfill, mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) wall, and other appurtenant structures.

WAPA Phase I and Phase II Transmission Lines Modification, U.S. Department of Energy, Clark County, Nevada
-Subconsultant providing environmental and cultural monitoring during construction.
-Developed and conducted the desert tortoise education program to the contractors’ and subcontractors’ employees prior to the intiation of construction. Monitored construction activities to ensure proper protocol was being used, and completed required daily data sheets. Monitored and approved restoration and reclamation of access roads used for construction. Phase I activities included rebuilding approximately 2.6 (total) miles of the Hoover-Mead #6 (single circuit) and Hoover-Mead #7 (double circuit) 230-kilovolt transmission lines, removing wires and insulator assemblies from approximately 3.6 (total) miles of the existing Arizona-Nevada Circuits 11 and 12 230-kV transmission lines, constructing approximately 0.3 miles of single circuit 230-kV transmission line connecting Southern California Edison Circuit No. 10 to the A/N Switchyard and to the Hoover Dam Power Plant, and modify transmission line connections at the Hoover Dam Power Plant yard.
-Developed and conducted the desert tortoise education program to the contractors’ and subcontractors’ employees prior to the intiation of construction. Monitored construction activities to ensure proper protocol was being used, and completed required daily data sheets. Conducted cultural monitoring for 2 cultural sites located along the project corridor. Coordinated and managed Indian Tribal monitors during activities within the designated cultural sites along the project corridor. Monitored and approved restoration and reclamation of access roads used for construction. Phase II activities included replacing existing transmission line tower structures, installing new structures, and adding new electrical conductors and fiber optics. Forty-seven (47) transmission lines structures were removed and replaced.
City of Henderson, Henderson, Nevada; 2001 to 2002.
-Managed the preparation of an Environmental Assessment for the widening of Lake Mead Drive (SR-146) (later changed to St. Rose Parkway) and the reconstruction of the I-15/Lake Mead Drive Interchange. Managed the Section 106 consultation. The project scope included: definition of the right of way required to accommodate 20-year travel demands for the Lake Mead Drive corridor; determination of the preferred location and design of the I-15/Lake Mead Drive Interchange; definition of any necessary modifications to the Pecos Road/I-215 Interchange; development of 30 percent civil and structural engineering plans for the selected facility; and preparation of an Environmental Assessment pursuant to Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requirements for implementation of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
