CEEC, Inc. was established in 2002 and is based in Henderson, Nevada. 

CEEC, Inc. is a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in the State of Nevada and is under the leadership of Ms. Eumelia (Mel) A.S. Johnson, P.E.

 

CEEC, Inc. supports community charities such as the New Mexico

Asian Family Center in Albuquerque, NM. Mel Johnson and CEEC, Inc.

were one of the sponsors for the 2nd Annual Autumn Moon Golf

Tournament to raise funds for an Asian Cultural Center.
